real solutions for obesity and diabetes?

Hi

I'd really love to hear from you about your thoughts on all these online health summits and so called docu-series.

This is the latest one and I don't feel it will be a waste of your time. You can register right here

Frankly some of them kinda are a waste of time and I get that...

And there's so much hype in the advertising to get you to watch them - it's really silly.

Documentary film making sure has evolved a lot...

It's interesting how things have gone over the years - as I recall about a decade ago there were still some pretty cool documentaries being produced but does the name Louie Psihoyos ring a bell?

I didn't think so. It was a rather thankless process.

Years later his name fades away even though he directed the Academy Award best documentary film for 2010 called "The Cove". A phenomenal film exposing mass killing of dolphins in Japan.

On the other hand Ty Bollinger is a name a lot of people interested in health know very well.

Many of these filmmakers didn't do so well financially back then regardless of the high quality material they shared in their documentaries. Louie's probably an exception with that film but the point remains.

Somewhere along the line the idea of a documentary merged with new marketing ideas to create the concept of a so called docu-series. With the help new online social sharing methods the documentary was extended to include much more information for a series of typically 7-9 segments. Shared daily, each one posted for one day for open viewing it has become an interesting way to expose a much broader audience to some great information.

However as trends sometimes go, not all of them live up to the hype generated to promote them.

I've personally noticed that some of them are worth looking at since they've actually spent the huge amount of time it takes to essentially make SEVEN high quality documentaries! On the other hand some of them simply extend out subject material into long drawn out videos just to make it into 7 or 9 parts when if better produced that same information could be conveyed in a more compelling and memorable way in ONE 2 hour documentary. Personally that bugs me!

Let's be real - producing a good documentary takes a lot of time and effort (and usually some sort of budget).

As someone that's been on the promotional end of spreading the info about these series for years you should know we don't always get to preview the series. For example on one that I linked to recently that will go unnamed if I had seen it I wouldn't have linked you to it. Not because it was bad but because I personally would have edited that thing down to like one single segment - not seven! Of course you wouldn't see a second link from me in that case.

I don't want to waste your time and I know just like me you are likely quite busy in your life.

That being said this one will be very much worth your time - you can register on this link.

Lately I've been pushing really hard on the keto-diet thing but kinda straying away from calling it a diet. After all I just want to feel good, keep healing my gut, extend my youth and all that. That's not usually what diets are thought of.

If you're into this sort of thing too I think you'll find this series useful.

I'll also be sharing more info about the specifics of what I've been doing with keto in the near future.

Plus we're finishing up the final touches on the updated website for the Frequency Generators! Plus I have some new videos I'm editing now for publishing very shortly.

Let me know how you've been doing!?

Best of Health,

Joshua
