There was an interesting interview with Dr Martin Blank the other night. He's been researching this topic for about 30 years and shared some great info.

You'll likely find at least some of what he covers in this interview rather interesting. He's been a big help in the fight against Smart Meters which a lot of communities have been working hard to stop.
His perspective is important because he's been involved in this for so long.
