We made it through Monday & I hope you've got a start to your week!
Since plunging back into winter weather here in Oregon has made me more prolific with new videos you'll be hearing from me about a few new ones coming up ;-)
In this next one you'll see me dig into some medical research on Arthritis with some easier to understand interpretations of some studies from PubMed.
