I hope you've been having a good week...
Been wanting to get this to you for awhile and that's why
I'm kinda rushing it. I mean the background of the video
needs a little work but the info is the most important so
it's up already.

There's other thing that I'm really excited about...
I'm still working on some videos for this. But the
quick version is this is one of the coolest little
stress management tools that's fun to use and very
economical and effective (15 years of research).
I've been using both of the versions of this tool
for the past couple months, one is a pocket version
and one runs on the computer. Each of them has their
own unique way of monitoring the variability in your
heart rate. Exercises help train your mind/body to be
more coherent to achieve a more stress free lifestyle.
