Things have been moving so fast lately that I've
been falling behind a bit on getting videos online
that I've already made!
This is one on a subject which I consider super
important. Stress is an element that we all face
in our busier and busier daily lives.
With more and more going on we always seem to
add more stress to our lives and this is one of
the ways that I manage to cope with it (aside
from getting a good nite sleep all the time
which I consider ultra important!)

P.S. The next video that I'm going put up is on
another controversial topic. What if you could
cook up gold in a microwave oven? I'm sure not
an advocate of using a microwave for preparing
your food since it destroys the healthy quality
of food but there sure is a lot of talk of
extracting gold out of low grade tailings (what's
usually left over after mining).
Personally I'm not convinced this is a reality
yet but I know some people that are supposedly
doing this and we did a little interview at a
conference recently on this topic.
