tips on preventing influenza

So it's one of those winter days...
I'm sitting here sipping on some Sho Wu Chi tea
(it's a Chinese herbal tea made from the longevity
herb Ho Shu Wu which frequents my tea cup ;-)
and eating some super dark chocolate (85% Cacao).
