training signup fixed - sorry

Wow - seems like all my pages are failing lately
but this one (GB4000/MOPA Training) didn't even
look broken - but it was.
So I must apologize again and inform you that
if you tried to register yesterday it didn't
work until after 6:30 PM PST when it was fixed.
So you can go ahead and signup again here so
you will 'actually' be able to attend.
Another embarrassment - much apology!
