One of the videos from last year that brought up a lot of questions was about copper metabolism so I decided to redo it and condense the info to make it easier to understand.

The video is called Mineral Balancing and the Importance of Copper Metabolism and you can see it here.

This is all about mitochondrial health and this seems to fit in well with all the other videos I've posted lately about metabolic health.

Rumble has been growing a lot and while it's not the only free speech video platform it's certainly one of the best for publishers.

Anyway, when you watch the new video you can also subscribe to my channel while you are there. Since there's only a few subscribers so far when I start doing live broadcasts random and unannounced you'll be able to ask me questions but if you aren't subscribed there you won't know about it since I don't plan to send emails about them.
