Maybe making historical videos about corruption in medicine is my Zen or something that is very enjoyable. It just feels important to get these stories out in the world, especially right now.

So even when I have a rough week like last week these are still a focus so here's the latest:

As usual this just went live a few minutes ago. Maybe you'll even get as much of a laugh as I did when you see the AI generated thumbnail with all the weird spellings but the image was so strong I had to use it.

I did a short clip from this same Congressional record awhile back but this is much longer so you can get the full picture of what Benedict Fitzgerald Jr. was trying to get across in 1953.

In case you are wondering what's been going on with some dead links you may have seen in some of my emails lately (hopefully you haven't seen there, but if you have!) I've used this one particular video player for probably close to 10 years and without notice they decommissioned it on July 1st.

I didn't notice that all the video pages were down until a complaint came in last week and suffice it to say that the rebuilding process is much more complicated than it might seem but we're working on it and it should all be rebuilt by sometime next week.

So I'm thanking you ahead of time for your patience in restoring those links and of course apologize if you did experience any dead links.

I hope you are also enjoying your summer! With all the stresses of work the weekend getaways have been very helpful even though I really just did the first one for the season last week. Hope to also make it out to the wilderness at some point this season.
