New videos and (another) new IG profile...

While I'm still committed to Rumble it's a smaller ecosystem at this point so now that the censorship seems to be less on certain health topics my content posting will be much more consistent on here:

This was literally just created on Monday but the content so far has included short videos about amygdalin research in cancer treatment and starting to post short clips I've made from some interviews such as Dr Suzanne Humphries from Joe Rogan

If you're not on Instagram I totally understand. Some of these are ending up also on Rumble such as this one:

I have a bunch of topics qued which I've been digging into on some really cutting edge stuff including an almost zero cost solution for arthritis which I've used for over a decade and there are even some additional detoxification and anti-parasitic benefits for taking it.

Also the format of this newsletter is changing! While I mentioned that last week the changes aren't quite ready to put in place but they may be by next week. This includes a centralized place to send your friends that want to get the emails but having just gone through a week of email messiness when we moved the websites to a new server (and yes I know some of my sites were down for a few days!). And if you sent me an email last week please resend it.

The goal with it is to not only improve delivery to your inbox but to make these emails much more engaging and make it into something that you will talk about to your friends so that this can grow much more organically.
